Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer with both administration and development experience to support a retail client’s digital transformation initiative. The project involves integrating Salesforce with ad server platforms to streamline campaign tracking, lead generation, and sales attribution.
• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support retail sales workflows.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce with external ad server platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Automate lead capture and campaign attribution processes.
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize campaign performance and sales impact.
• Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for user and data management.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM functionality with campaign goals
Hourly Pay: 50-55/HR negotiable based on experience

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation
• Strong Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development skills
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with retail CRM workflows and ad campaign tracking
• Proficiency in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and validation rules
• Experience with tools like MuleSoft, Zapier, or custom middleware
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator & Platform Developer I (Developer II is a plus)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Advertising Studio
• Knowledge of ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Understanding of campaign attribution models and lead scoring
• Agile project experience
