As a Systems Engineer, you'll be the primary point of contact with their partners and clients who range from Startups to Fortune 500 players. You'll interact regularly to maintain a strong communication with the clients and understand well their needs. You'll diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues by understanding the issues customers are facing in a detailed fashion so that they understand the root of the problems. Responsibilities:
• Assist with the design and configuration of the software required to manage the robot fleet and fulfillment solutions.
• Implement system solution for clients on Linux server and manage database with SQL commands.
• Conduct API testing and functional testing sessions with clients to integrate Geekplus system with Client’s system.
• Drive and participate in various testing iterations: System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the implementation to take over the knowledge from the implementation team.
• Provide remote/onsite hyper-care support after implementation, such as hardware, software and network troubleshooting and system firmware upgrade.
• Develop and provide training and SOPs for system operation, fault recovery, and exception handling.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
• Keep track of users' system issues until they are resolved by adhering to the agreed timelines and SLAs.
• Interact with clients through phone, emails or chats and provide unambiguously written instructions or technical manuals.
• Ability to facilitate and drive cross-department collaboration and communication, including correspondence with overseas resources as needed.
• Close the system implementation upon the closing check list

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 or fewer years of experience and/or Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- SQL databases and Linux servers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Comfortable with 50% travel internationally and domestically in Chile
- Local to Santiago, Chile and comfortable being onsite when not traveling
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Warehouse software with automation and/or robotics
- Background in a similar industry
- Restful APIs, integrating tool systems together using API calls
- Any PLC or controls background
- Any software testing, issue management or resolution
- Fluent in Chinese
