Job Description

The Strategic Account Executive/VP have a direct impact on company revenue. The SAE will play a critical role in driving company revenue by acquiring new business deals and managing the supply chain finance program with buyers. This role involves leading internal and client-side resources to develop and execute the program, as well as identifying expansion opportunities within assigned client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

New Buyer Sales: Lead the sales process through a consultative approach, manage executive-level sales processes, and coordinate internal resources to drive sales to revenue. Outreach will involve a mix of warm and cold leads, with a focus on seasoned profiles.

Client Relationship Management: Develop strategic plans for managing newly signed and onboarded buyer relationships, map key stakeholders, and ensure effective communication and task delegation. The role will involve serious corporate finance discussions with Fortune 500 Clients.

Program Success: Monitor and measure program success, conduct periodic business reviews, and implement measures to meet revenue and cash flow targets. The sales process typically spans 1.5 years and involves industries such as manufacturing, retail, and automotive.

General Duties: Build name recognition, maintain technical and marketing knowledge, establish contract pricing, and participate in industry conferences.

The role requires travel up to 20%, with frequent networking events.


Annual Base Salary expectation: $140-150K + commission

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:


Experience selling to C-level executives, especially CFOs
Strong understanding of working capital, supply chain finance, or trade finance
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and large deal sizes (billions in volume)
Ability to generate leads through referrals and networking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience with consistent revenue quota over-achievement with a focus on Financial Technology or Corporate Finance background
- Experience with complex B2B and enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of building relationships with C-suite and mid-level executives.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Supply Chain Finance
ERP Integration: Systems will be hooked up to ERP, submitting invoices to thousands of buyers in different global currencies.
SAP Linked Systems: Selling SAP linked systems to finance teams or CFOs.
