Job Description

One of Insight Global's major clients are seeking a Team Lead to join their Finance team. Qualified candidates will come from a financial analyst background, and will be responsible for managing financial analysis and reporting for both capital projects and O&M initiatives for a power generation plant. Additional daily responsibilities will include:
• Managing 2 more junior level Financial Analyst
• Serving as go-to point of contact for all finance related questions from plant operations staff
• Presenting financial reports to plant ownership groups on a regular basis
• Performing standard accruals, journal entries, and monthly forecast/projections

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4-6 years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced skill in Excel – including ability to self-create pivot tables and perform v/x lookups

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Understanding of ERP systems (Oracle suite preferred)
• Prior leadership/mentorship experience
• Experience within an operational setting (i.e. plant operations, manufacturing, etc.)
• Experience performing cost allocation analysis
