Job Description
One of Insight Global’s major clients are seeking a Maximo Specialist/SME to support multiple internal teams within the organization including maintenance, supply chain, and design/engineering groups. General responsibilities include:
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance (PM) task lists for equipment, utilities, and facilities
• Evaluate and integrate technical documentation, such as OEM manuals, into the Maximo system to support maintenance activities
• Provide training and support to maintenance teams (specifically of front-end portion of system) helping them use the system effectively
• Support method transfers, verification, and validation protocols to ensure high-quality maintenance services
• Collaborate with multiple departments within the organization to help guide efficient use of Maximo

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience working with Maximo
• Experience with workflow development and management within the Maximo system
• Familiarity with SQL statements and ability to create and process SQL code
• Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve maintenance processes
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and provide training and support
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience supporting a utility/energy provider
