Job Description
• Analyze and document business and technical requirements to support project management and sales teams in delivering customer-oriented solutions
• Create detailed and structured documentation, including user stories, business processes, and proposed changes
• Develop high-level and detailed solution concepts, such as business logic designs, flow diagrams, and mock-ups for new user interfaces
• Support and maintain the prioritized product backlog, including the refinement and documentation of user stories
• Design interface specifications for web services and other communication interfaces in close collaboration with agile development teams
• Propose and implement process and system improvements to enhance business operations
• Conduct market research and analyze relevant financial or strategic data to support decision-making
• Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes, including staff training and ongoing support
- The salary for this position ranges from 50,000.0 - 60,000.0 GBP
