Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Staff Accountant to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to core accounting functions and gain exposure to evolving systems and processes. There is the opportunity for conversion based on performance during the contract period and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate and timely data entry
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage bank data imports
• Apply appropriate general ledger coding to transactions
• Utilize Ramp (expense management software) to map credit card transactions to the correct general ledger accounts and import into QuickBooks

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Ramp is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
