Job Description
• Make inventory defect adjustments – shrink/swell
• Collaborate with defects team to align inventory strategies
• Resolve inventory discrepancies based on recommended solutions
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Ensure data accuracy in inventory management systems
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience as an analyst – inventory analyst, data analyst, operations analyst, etc.
• SQL experience – running existing queries
• Strong Excel skills – pivot tables, vlookups, etc
• Deadline-oriented
• Great communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Audit experience
• Shrinkage or Swell allowance experience
• Accounting/Finance experience
