Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Analyst to support our customer's strategic growth initiatives into 2026. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on supporting the implementation of Planful and driving insights across the full P&L.
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (after onboarding)

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage full P&L analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business decision-making
• Drive Planful implementation and serve as the internal SME for post-go-live optimization
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership
• Support recurring financial reporting and ad hoc analysis for executive stakeholders
• Lead development and maintenance of three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or a closely related role
• Strong understanding of full P&L ownership
• Proven experience in three-statement modeling
• Hands-on experience with Planful (implementation and/or optimization)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
