Job Description

Functions: End-to-end purchasing process, solicitation management, contract administration, e-commerce and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and support ERP procurement modules (e.g., requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, contract lifecycle).
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to identify business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local procurement regulations through system controls and workflows.
• Develop and maintain procurement-related reports and dashboards for performance tracking and compliance.
• Provide end-user training and support for ERP procurement functionalities, including e-sourcing and vendor portals.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for resolution and enhancements.
• Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate vendor and contract records.
• Support procurement forecasting and planning through ERP analytics.
Pay Rate is between 45-50/hr. determined during the interview process by the hiring manager.

This role will require you to go into the office 2 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience working within the procurement modules of the ERP system used within the public sector, CGI Advantage.
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with CGI Advantage ERP system, especially procurement modules.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools within CGI Advantage or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in county or municipal government procurement.
• Knowledge of Georgia procurement laws and purchasing policies.
• Familiarity with CGI Advantage system administration and configuration.
• Project management or business analysis certification (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
