A partner of Insight Global, a solar cell manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Process Engineer to join their growing team. The process engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving processes to improve quality and efficiency. This candidate will be a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer with a strong background in Electrical Engineering and Control Systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high pace start-up environment. They will assist in developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production and quality of output.

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic engineering or related field
2-5 years of experience as an electrical engineering or automation engineering
Experienced in PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA and other automation control systems
Extensive experience with automation equipment troubleshooting.
Experience with vision sensing systems for automated inspection/error proofing.
Automated machine design and improvement
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiar with data analysis and process simulation software.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in Photovoltaic or other Semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience in Allen-Bradley, Siemens and BECKHOFF control systems.
Efficient of reading and generate electrical diagrams and control diagrams.
Knowledge of reading and understanding P&ID for chemical process
Advanced knowledge of wiring practices ( NEC, UL)
Experience with safety control circuit and electrical safety protocols
Experience with industrial 3 phase power supply and drives
Familiar with engineer graphic software such as AutoCAD
Experience with an Engineering Change program consistent with ISO-9001 or equivalent
Experience with implementing and/or sustaining lean manufacturing practices and techniques.
