Job Description

The Collections Specialist I is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable balances from customers. This entry-level role involves contacting customers regarding overdue payments, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
02 years of experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
