Job Description

The IAM Analyst will be responsible for executing the companys access provisioning processes and monitoring the companys IAM solutions to ensure that others team members are following the defined processes.
Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in the companys access provisioning processes that leverage the IDM solution.
Design and implement job-based business roles for client and their customer
Provide Access Design Services for bottlers that need help designing and/or re-designing their job-based business roles.
Monitor Health Check Reporting to ensure the IDM system has no operational issues and to ensure that new access is being assigned via the appropriate methods


Rates negotiable based on experience: $30-40/HR

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Identity and Access provisioning as well as the corresponding IT controls that an organization would have for the access provisioning & deprovisioning processes
Experience with remediating/cleaning up inappropriate and/or unnecessary access assignments
Ability to work with large/complex datasets to find patterns or solutions to problems
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form to a widely diverse audience.
Using Excel/SQL for Data Analytics
