Job Description

Jr. Application Coordinators have primary responsibility for design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of clinical applications. They are responsible for obtaining and maintain in-depth knowledge of the application functionality and acquiring knowledge of the clinical /operational / revenue workflows to be implemented on the system. Jointly with each other and with the department representatives, they design a future-state workflow and build the system to support the new workflow. They work with each other in workgroups, and across interdisciplinary workgroups, to accomplish these goals as a team.

Required Skills & Experience

PB Billing Certification
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience providing analytical support of administrative and financial application in a large health system
Ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Communicate efficiently with technical team as well as managers and end users - both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
Strong organizational skills
Possesses an understanding of hospital revenue cycle system capabilities to address process requirements
