Job Description

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Snowflake's platform, including data loading, querying, security, and performance.
Managing support cases, escalating complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Knowledge Base Contributions: Contributing to the Snowflake documentation and knowledge base to improve customer self-service.
Communication and Collaboration: Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to provide clear and concise support.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring Snowflake system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending optimization strategies.

Ray Rate: $10.00-$12.00 an hour

Required Skills & Experience

Strong SQL skills
Experience working with SAP OTC/Finance/WM etc as source
Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing principles.
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Snowflake Support experience of minimum 2 years
Ability to identify and resolve performance issues.
Familiarity with custom functions and stored procedures in Snowflake.
Familiar with SAP T-code and process
