Our client is looking for an R&D Manager of Polyurethane and Thermoplastics in Dalton, GA. They will be responsible for managing a team of R&D chemists and technicians, providing technical support for the product development of new products, and managing all KPIs. They will meet with customers to understand current gaps, then formulate and modify products based on customer needs. They'll develop a process specification and ensure training is given to operations. Additionally, they'll support documentation, labelling, and regulatory compliance. The role is a mix of technical and business development in the sense of driving growth to new markets/applications.

- 10 Years of Experience in Specialty Chemical Research and development, specifically with Polyurethane and Thermoplastics
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or related field
