Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Site Superintendent in the Thomasville, GA area to support a federal project. This is a short-term contract that will finish upon completion of the project.
The Site Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing site activities, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and expenses.
-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
-Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and team members.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of federal construction experience
• Strong knowledge of government contracting and compliance
• Proven leadership on site and in planning
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• OSHA certification and QC background preferred
