Job Description
We're is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients Sales/Market Development team out in Lakeland, FL. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. This role involves a variety of tasks including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales/Market Development team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Ensure timely and professional responses.
Documentation: Maintain and organize department files, records, and documentation. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating sales and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Data Management: Update and maintain customer databases, sales records, and marketing materials. Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
Project Assistance: Support the team in various projects, including market research, campaign execution, and sales initiatives.
Office Management: Order and manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
Salary/Compensation: up to $55k (possible flex, based on experience) + Health/Dental/Vision/401k benefits

Required Skills & Experience
2 + years of Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
Bachelors degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related field preferred.
