We are seeking a credentialed Epic Trainer to deliver high-quality training for the Cupid (Cardiology) and Radiant (Radiology) modules. The trainer will be responsible for educating end users, supporting training logistics, and ensuring successful adoption of Epic workflows. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of clinical workflows, and Epic certification in the relevant modules.
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for Epic Cupid and Radiant modules.
Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and user guides.
Collaborate with analysts and operational leaders to ensure training aligns with system design and clinical workflows.
Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
Track learner progress and provide feedback to improve training outcomes.

Epic Credentialed Trainer with active credentials in Cupid and/or Radiant (or willingness to obtain).
Experience in clinical or healthcare IT training preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt training styles to meet diverse learner needs.
