Job Description

This person will be the engine behind the tools, processes, and storytelling that drive thousands of hires across our stores and distribution centers. This person will blend tech-savvy execution with creative problem-solving crafting compelling content, improving candidate experiences, using AI and automation, and supporting recruitment projects that scale hiring across the country. From job boards to interview guides to campaign timelines, this work will help our teams move with speed and clarity. The daily responsibilities include:
Managing job postings across platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and a branded candidate experience
Supporting recruitment marketing campaigns by activating content, tracking performance, and optimizing placements to improve applicant flow
Writing and editing job descriptions, interview guides, candidate communications, and recruitment content that reflects our tone and voice
Using AI tools and automation platforms to streamline content creation, job publishing, candidate responses, and internal documentation
Troubleshooting issues in Workday (ATS) and Phenom (CRM), supporting recruiters and hiring managers with tools and workflow fixes
Owning project coordination for TA campaigns and tool rollouts creating tasks, timelines, and progress tracking using Asana or similar project management platforms
Partnering with recruiters to align job titles, content, and media across platforms and ensure brand consistency
Maintaining system hygiene and auditing postings to ensure quality, compliance, and high candidate engagement
Creating and updating training resources, how-to guides, and enablement materials for store leaders and recruiters

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business
Specialist level: Corporate experience (can include internships)
OR
Analyst level: Experience in TA Enablement/Operations
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
