An Insight Global Fortune 500 client is looking for a Manual QA to contribute to the creation of enterprise software in Retail industry. The QA's responsibilities include testing activities and focuses on the testability, robustness, and performance of the software. As such, a QA is a test professional with who can create automation testing tools and frameworks to assist the manual testing process. You should have strong communication and organizational skills and have a passion for designing, development, and testing the software.
Test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements
Prove for scalability and performance of a software
Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole
Work with hardware/firmware/platform/application developers and validation engineers
Develop and automate tests for software validation
Detect bug issues
Prepare file defect reports and report test progress
Lead, mentor a team consisting of Test Engineers
Participates in creating & reviewing test plan
Review test strategies and see all the various kinds of testing like functional, performance etc., are getting covered

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in Software Testing or similar role
5+ years of experience of working in an agile environment
Have a deep understanding of QA (understand the uses and methods of testing)
Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
Strong development, debugging and troubleshooting skills
Languages/Technologies:
o Bitbucket/JIRA/GIT Workflow
o Operating Systems:
§ Linux
§ Windows
o Experience with tools or languages like:
§ Docker/Kubernetes
§ GCP/Azure experience
Manual Testing & Writing and automating test scripts using automation tools
