The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Corporate team in participating in multiple Human Resources functions including reporting, data entry and maintenance, communication, and employment law compliance. This position will be based in the Atlanta, GA office in a hybrid capacity.
Providing data entry and maintenance for corporate employee benefits, employment data, and employee personal data.
Assisting with on-boarding and offboarding activities.
Responding to employee inquiries and employment verifications.
Assisting with company-wide activities including benefits and wellness, learning & development, environmental health and safety, and compliance.
Support HR Business partners with sending communications related to employee engagement, community relations and benefits.
Support corporate recruiter in scheduling interviews
Other duties as may be assigned.
