- Perform feasibility investigations for new project acquisitions including identifying project constraints, preparing cost estimates, and developing complete project schedules
- Lead Designer on single-family residential projects
- Facilitate comprehensive design plan production for regulatory agency and client approvals, including management of design team and agency permitting coordination
- Train and mentor EIT staff and CAD Designers

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Eligible to obtain PE license soon or currently an EIT
3-5 years of single family residential experience
Experience in AutoCAD Civil3D
