Job Description

One of Insight Global's customers in the Oil and Gas industry is looking for a lead product manager that can either site in Hybrid in Houston, TX or remote with 30% travel to Houston. This person's primary focus will be translating consumer insights into strategic product decisions while aligning internal teams to execute.

Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with both the Houston-based and current - PM to align roadmap with market needs.
- Own product strategy process, documents and own quarterly roadmap planning.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives like pricing changes, new feature rollouts, or partner integrations.
- Manage go-to-market coordination (with Sales, and Customer Success).
- Support competitive analysis, win/loss interviews, and business case development for new initiatives.

Success Metrics:
- Strategic initiative delivery
- Product adoption and growth
- Internal alignment / cross-team NPS

Pay: $150,000 - $160,000

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with the technical aspects of product development and lifecycle management
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including engineering, marketing and sales
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business goals and market demands
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions
- Leadership: proven track record of leading teams and products, showcasing leadership and decision-making capabilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the oil and gas sector, more specifically within the midstream sector.
