Job Description

-Ensure timely and accurate files/payments
- Monitor filing of Triennial Status Reports and fees; pay annual permit fee, as directed by
CHQ
-Ensure employee reporting is handled in accordance with 19 CFR 111.28 through the Branch ER contact
-Enforcement of Brokerage Operational Process Standards, policies and procedures
-Conduct daily import monitoring reviews and derive training topics from results.
-Track and report customs rejections, assisting in compliance self-audits.
-Support timely review of monitoring reports.
-Keep employees updated on Customs and Other Government Agencies (OGA) developments.
-Maintain essential reference materials related to customs regulations.
-Establish relationships with Customs officers and attend compliance meetings.
-Oversee proper filing of post-entry corrections, penalties, and duty tenders.
-Manage all post-entry activities using PEAR.
-Monitor Temporary Import Bond (TIB) entries and notify clients accordingly.
-Conduct regular training sessions based on customs rejections, daily reviews, and regulatory updates.
-Provide compliance support to entry personnel.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree form a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
-Minimum of 4-5 years of Customs Brokerage/Compliance experience
-Customs Broker License
-Working knowledge of CFIT and understanding of the HTSUSA and 19 CFR
-Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Up to 10 years of experience is a plus
