Job Description

A client has developed an application used by 35 states to recruit, vet, and mobilize health care responders. Each state has customized their site, and we are now in the process of migrating data from the old system to the new one.

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to work with the end customers to assist in migrating them from the legacy system to their new system. This role involves creating configuration documents, doing the hands on configuration in the system for each client, and creating and facilitating virtual trainings for each client to teach them how to navigate the new application.

Compensation: $28/hour to $37/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience with configuring software must be meticulous, detail oriented, okay with repetitive tasks and work.
- Strong ability and aptitude to learn and understand complex software
- Experience creating configuration documentation
- Experience facilitating virtual trainings with clients and stakeholders (will be training government employees and volunteers must be able to breakdown technical things to nontechnical people)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience doing HTML mark down language for configurations
