A client of Insight Global is looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in the ITSM Pro Module, Employee Center, and Service Catalog development. The reason this position is open is because the client is replacing their current ticketing system with ServiceNow. This client is implementing the incident management module that will go live in July, at this time the implementation partner will no longer be involved, and support will need to be in-house. This developer will be taking in requests from the business and need to gather requirements for developments. They currently have around 20 requests from their department alone, and there will be a lot more requests from other departments. Requests could come from end users or the IT department and could range from users unable to log into the portal to IT requests for new servers, flow design, connecting systems etc. For this client there are 2 portals that are end user facing, a service portal that is being sunset and will be pushing everyone to the new portal, Employee Center.

- 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer at least 3 years focused in Employee Center NOT Service Portal
o Highly proficient in ITSM Pro, Service Catalog & Employee Center
- Strong scripting experience with Flow Designer preferred, but JavaScript & Glide are also acceptable
- Familiarity with CMDB & Configuration Management Processes
- Experience with Integrations Rest/SOAP APIs & API connector of ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of Platform Security, ACLs, and data policies
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Dev Methodologies
