Job Description

Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for new feature development and product releases.
Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Perform regression, performance, and integration testing.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

Compensation:
$14.00/hr to $18.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including test automation.
Strong experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright (must)
Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#).
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and QA methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Familiarity with BDD/TDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow).
