Job Description
A client in the Atlanta area is seeking a Tier 2 Desktop Analyst candidate to support internal employees and users. This role will also support the desktop team with their Intune projects.
Compensation:
$27/hr to $32/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Microsoft Office 365 experience with TEAMS and Exchange
TEAMS administration is needed like creating teams and adding users, as well as supporting distribution groups like dynamic verses static (assigned) groups. This runs through PowerShell.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online (Assigning licenses to shared mailboxes (for example if a user leaves the company))
Intune – Be able to distribute policies and packages. Understand provisioning, setting up packages, setting up policies, setting up end point management with autopilot.
Experience doing Tier 2 Desktop/PC support like end user support, application troubleshooting and hardware support (these may be level 2 or level 3 escalations).
Experience providing C-Suite tech support at a professional level for executives
Experience installing software applications.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience troubleshooting POS machines (Example – with POS systems – they are segmented on a different VLAN (bc don’t want payment transactions to be slowed down). Sometimes end users take advantage of the open port and we have to investigate and troubleshoot)
Experience troubleshooting networking issues
Experience troubleshooting VLANs
Experience troubleshooting switches and patch connections and WiFi connections (example knowing the ping command in TCPIP)
