Job Description

Working with internal stakeholders and brand leaders on desktop support/IT support issues.
Working with CEO, Presidents, branches to help with IT features.
- Pay rate is between $23 and $30/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

Onsite in-person device support.
Professionalism is HUGE.
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
Level 1 average tickets experience - 10-15 per day. Avg ticket age 4 days.
Going to be doing deployment into InTune - needs experience/exposure there
Experience supporting iPhones, iPads, printers, etc.
Experience with Active Directory - locate computers, passwords.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree.
