Job Description

Insight Globals client is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper/Office Assistant for a direct hire opportunity. Our client is a lead generation, data solutions, and direct marketing firm for the financial services industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. In addition to managing the company books, this individual will also support our sales department with general administrative tasks. This position works onsite Monday Friday in the Buckhead area.


Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare year end books to submit to 3rd party CPA firm.
Reconcile employee expense reports for company charges / expenses.
Perform regular bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel to manage and analyze financial information.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Handle any other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
Assist the sales department with administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, sending DocuSigns, and tracking sales.
Assist with other HR duties like annual enrollment, onboarding and/or other office duties as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

3 years+ of experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel.
Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative office support.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience supporting sales processes in a sales organization.
