Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels of consumables, incoming and outgoing inventory and resolving any discrepancies.

Responsibilities:
Monitoring stock levels, recording incoming and outgoing inventory, and identifying discrepancies.
Conducting regular physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy against system records; preparing reports of discrepancies.
Generating reports on stock levels, reorder points, and inventory analysis to inform purchasing decisions.
Initiating purchase orders/requisitions to replenish consumables based on demand and inventory levels.
Maintaining accurate inventory data in Oracle ERP system.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in inventory management in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient knowledge in Oracle or a similar ERP system
Proficient knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
