SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the rollout of our Learning Management System (LMS) integration with Manhattan Associates LMS across all our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LMS, particularly with Manhattan Associates LMS, and will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation, configuration, testing, and support during go-live.
DAY TO DAY/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management: Lead the LMS rollout project, ensuring timely and successful implementation across all buildings.
Configuration: Oversee and perform backend configuration of the LMS to meet specific requirements.
Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
Data Conversion: Manage and execute data conversion processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Go-Live Support: Provide on-site and remote support during go-live phases, addressing any issues that arise.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and administrators.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
