Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Deskside Support Technician. This individual will be responsible for the tier 2 deskside support of both the hardware and software of Home Depot's internal stakeholders. This individual will be on rotation doing deskside support across Home Depot's various offices/tech deployment centers throughout the Atlanta area. Pay rate is between $20 and $25/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in deskside support
○ Needs at least up to Tier 2 support experience in most recent role
- Experience supporting both hardware and software
- Windows support experience
- OS system support experience
- Experience working in an Outlook, Teams, O365, etc. environment
- Mac device support experience
- Experience working with a ticketing system
- Candidate must also have great communication and customer service
○ Will be communicating with internal customers daily, some of whom may be VP-level
- "Self-starter" mindset
○ Candidate must be comfortable and have demonstrated experience showing they can solve problems on their own
Candidate must also be flexible being on on-site rotation for various THD offices throughout the ATL area

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with ServiceNow
