Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking to add a Human Resources specialist to their team. They will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and record-keeping. This role serves as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and ensures company policies align with legal regulations and organizational goals. They will be expected to Source, screen, and recruit candidates for positions within the manufacturing sector utilizing a variety of recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. The HR Specialist will also assist in payroll processing by verifying employee hours, deductions, and compliance with wage laws.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years with heavy emphasis in recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing
Ability to work in a fast-pace, shift based environment with diverse employee groups
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Ability to handle confidential information and matters with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
