Job Description

- Over the new Product Management LOB
- Including: business case development, developing product procing, competitive analysis, positioning of product in the market, leading go to market activities, coordinating sales training/customer support training. Interfacing w/ customers.
- 25% travel to conferences and member sites.
- Business case development - scoping, estimating development cost, etc
- Reporting structure:
Sr. Product Managers and Product Owners that will report up to this person - 26 people total/6 direct reports


220-250K base salary.

Required Skills & Experience

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE:
- 8 years of Product Management experience and 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of 20+ people (most remote individuals). Ideally, someone who has been a manager of managers.

AGILE EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge around Lean portfolio management (LPM). Must come from an agile background. This person will leading the charge of LPM
- Certified in Pragmatic Product Management
- Must be agile - developing user stories, personas libraries, workflows, storyboarding - must be an agile expert.


GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated success developing and launching Business to Business SaaS solutions. Specifically within the utilities space. Next best scenario would be coming from a finance soft
- Strong understand of software product development and how pricing models work.
- Leading pricing strategy - need to understand software product development.
