We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with a strong background in integrating business applications. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that align with business needs while ensuring seamless integration across various enterprise systems.
The role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders, drive architectural decisions, and deliver successful business outcomes. The role also requires strong diagramming and documentation skills to draw out the current environment, this includes meeting with leadership to understand the current systems and draw it out.
This role will serve as the only architect on the team and needs to work independently and be a self starter.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals, technical requirements, and organizational strategies.
Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
Assess current technology infrastructure and propose improvements or modernization strategies.
Business Applications Integration:
Lead the integration of enterprise business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, supply chain systems) across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and process automation between systems.
Identify integration challenges and recommend solutions leveraging APIs, middleware, or other integration platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business strategies.
Technical Leadership:
Guide development teams in implementing architectural solutions and best practices.
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to drive innovation and enhance integration capabilities.
Governance & Risk Management:
Establish and enforce governance practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during system integration.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to scalability, performance, and integration dependencies.
Documentation, models and drawings:
Creating artifacts and drawings like system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, application architecture diagrams, integration diagrams, etc.
