Job Description

Lead and leverage technical solution expertise with PLM, engineering systems, Product Information Management (PIM) applications and effectively implement overall roadmaps, programs in this space.
Lead and execute projects that will effectively transform the New Product Introduction Process Digitally
Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process which includes troubleshooting, software development processes and implementing client requirements.
Develop implementation plans in coordination with stakeholders and lead business case development for PLM technology projects across the divisions globally.
Coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
Manage change and effectively pass on the information down for smooth execution.
Manage the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.
Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration.
Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.

The Manager, Digital Technical Systems PLM NPI is responsible for delivering system implementation, enhancements, and production support. The role will work with the associated business counterparts in PLM and Product Data areas to identify, build, test, deploy solutions and support in a production environment. The business outcome is to drive the New Product Introduction process digitally. The role will partner extensively with the Global Implementation Team that executes a global PLM.

Annual salary ranges from 140-155K

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of overall experience within PLM/NPI space and 3+ years of experience working as a manager, lead, or principal engineer.
o This person will be responsible for structuring project plans/getting the team organized and functioning.
- Strong experience with the overall end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) Process that integrates end-to-end systems.
- Need PLM systems experience and understand how a PLM system operates.
o Any PLM System is OK - preferably ARAS Innovator PLM platform or other platforms such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Team Center, Dassault Systems
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
- Experience in supporting a manufacturing environment with multiple manufacturing divisions across the globe.
- Experience in software development tool kits like Java, C++, C#, VB and Oracle SQL
- Understanding of ERP systems like Oracle EBS and/or SAP
