Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Project Manager to join our Human Resources team. This individual will be helping with the payroll vendor consolidation project that we are beginning on this year at a global scale. The ideal candidate will manage various payroll transformation and compliance projects, ensuring seamless implementation of new payroll vendors globally. This role requires strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance regulations, and project management methodologies.
Day to Day:
Lead and manage payroll transformation projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee the implementation of new payroll vendors across multiple regions.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and international payroll regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure project objectives are met.
Train and support HR and payroll teams on new systems and processes.
