Job Description

The Engineering Controls Program Manager will provide hands-on Project Management and technical leadership for Controller and Digital product solutions for both the water and air business units. This is a key position on the Electronic Controls team, so we need someone who has extensive experience managing both hardware/software projects, working with vendors, and ensuring that timelines are being met.



Salary ranging from 130-155K depending on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

* 7+ years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager, Sr. Technical Manager, or Program Manager for both hardware/software projects.

o Ideally coming from one of the following backgrounds: embedded/microprocessor, digital products, or Cloud related work (must understand entire lifecycle).

* Experience with System Requirements Documentation, Requirements Allocation, Requirements Traceability, and Test Case development and execution. Experience with product and component-level FMEAs.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical discipline).
