Job Description

A 3PL customer in the metro-Atlanta area is looking for an candidate who can assist with some of the administrative tasks, as well as assisting with ID management across all of their facilities in the US. This will be the first person to greet employees, visitors, and vendors as they enter the building. The position also provides administrative and clerical support to the Facilities management team. This position shall be responsible for back-office facility related operations for multiple different locations. This role is a critical piece of access management for the facility, and will be responsible for monitoring various security systems, creating badges for new employees, and maintaining physical security of all last mile warehouse facilities.

What youll do on a typical day:
The main function of this role is to monitor security systems for the facility, access control, ID management and creating badges for all of the warehouse facilities throughout the entire US.
In addition, this associate will be involved in the following:
· Take incoming calls and direct to the proper department or division.
· Greet employees, visitors, and vendors as they enter the facility and help them get to their proper destination.
· Maintain accuracy of workflows, practices, and standards to ensure that ongoing support is provided for operations.
· Provide administrative backup support to other facilities staff members.
· Provide customer service to all internal business units and building occupants, providing a safe, comfortable, and productive workplace environment.
This individual will be making $16.00-$20.00/hr. determined by the hiring manager in the interview process.

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience with ID Management, creating badges for new employees and monitoring physical security systems
- 1 or more years of experience as a receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or other related roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong professional verbal and written communications skills.
- Be able to work 8am-5pm, Monday Friday (with 1 hour lunch)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Be able to lift at least 25lbs
