A national client is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to work in the IT operations team.
This role will be heavy in internal communications and operational change management for the team mostly in written form, though video and other methods are sometimes used. This role will work closely with the IT Operations leaders to understand the changes in the IT environment and help share that with the organization. Some of the responsibilities of this role include creating communications/marketing templates to be used for emails and other channels of communication, creating email or TEAMS distribution lists, sending meeting invitations, managing project calendars and mailboxes, executive messaging, end -user readiness materials, project updates, newsletters, training guides, IT news and notifications, etc. Many of the communications will be related to changes in the IT Operations organization like networking, cybersecurity, desktop services, ServiceNow, updates to other software, or process changes in the organization.
The company is currently undergoing a new IT environment requiring a multi-channel communications strategy to the team. In addition, process improvement efforts are also being implemented, executed and communicated.
Compensation:
$45/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Experience in a communications or chief of staff role or organizational change management role
Experience or understanding of IT Operations (knowledge of terminology)
Ability to work independently as well as in a small team
SharePoint experience
Workvivo experience (employee communication platform)
Strong Writing skills
Ability to take meeting notes
Experience with PowerPoint
Experience with or a certification with Prosci Change Management
Canva or something similar
Video content experience
