Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a qualified Sales Enablement Specialist. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, tools, and processes that enhance the effectiveness of our sales team. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our salespeople have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to excel in their roles.



Salary depends on experience and ranges from 80k to 115k annually.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing

* 3-5 Years in Graphic Design

* 3-5 Years of Sales Enablement Experience: Sales, Marketing, and Training

* 3-5 Years of experience with CRM Systems (Sales Force) and Sales Enablement Technologies (Groove, Gong, Salesloft, etc...)

* Project Management Experience with RFP's

o Knowledge of the full cycle

* Strong experience with PowerPoint

* Adobe Photoshop Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience with Content Management Systems and e-Learning Platforms such as Percipio or Squirm

* Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPI's
