***Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited institution REQUIRED
o Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
o Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, including compliance and system description adherence.
o Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, VBA).
o Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with DoD contracts and financial deliverables.
Previous experience implementing and maintaining EVM.
Proactive in process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing financial guidance and support to program and project managers.
Developing monthly variance analysis reports and annual Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) plans.
Managing cost control, funding planning, and baseline change requests.
Supporting the overall financial execution of DoD-sponsored programs.
