Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Process Engineer to join their growing organization. The process engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing processes to improve quality and efficiency. They will work to develop and implement process strategies for solar cell manufacturing. They will work cross functionally to troubleshoot and locate corrective actions. The process engineer will also implement process controls to ensure product quality and consistency.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
2-4 years of experience in process engineering
must be FLUENT in Mandarin & English
Strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
Proficient in data analysis and process simulation software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Photovoltaic or other Semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience with an Engineering Change program consistent with ISO-9001 or equivalent
Experience with implementing and/or sustaining lean manufacturing practices and techniques.
