Job Description

- Work with and mentor 3 Business Development Managers
- Assist the BDMs with high-level selling
- Partner with the Chief Development Officer to help build out and establish a new sales process
- Attending conferences and Demos with BDM's
Travel up to 40% - roughly every other week for a 3 day period at a time.

Salary ranging from 150-165K + commission.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of Sales Management experience - needs to be able to manage seasoned sales ppl. Someone who can help coach the team up on their sales and talk them through it.

- Experience selling an ERP or Software - someone who comes from an IT background.

- Experience working with Salesforce and extracting data to make intelligent sales business decisions.
Strong analytics experience and knows how to find trends.
- Organized/process driven individual - can work cross functionally and work w/ multiple different stakeholders internally.


- Someone who knows how to dive into analytics - communicate a lot w/ CFO - can look at sales team and drive analytics - what analytics/metrics should we be looking for?
CRM - Salesforce
Would be great if they understand Tableau
- Someone who is process driven - can go cross department and work w/ multiple different stakeholders internally. Strong communication.
- Someone who has experience selling an ERP or Software. Ideally someone with an IT background - they are selling a complicated oracle based product.
