We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our corporate headquarters office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and possess a welcoming demeanor. This role ensures the office operates smoothly by managing front-desk responsibilities and providing administrative support.
What Youll Do:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm, professional and a positive attitude.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to uphold a professional appearance.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally, promptly and efficiently.
Create, edit & terminate badges.
Direct food- be on top of what is happening in the building.
Write/Keep up procedure book for front desk to use for back up as well as training security
Implement front desk visitor software
Help manage training room table shifts
Help keep up seat maps
Work on creating list & keeping up to date-list of people that are fire wardens & first aid trained
Help with events after hours as needed
Create major events calendar with exec asst group and keep up to date
Emergency point of contact for health emergencies & maintenance emergencies

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
Experience working in a professional office setting required.
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Friendly and professional demeanor

Confident in speaking with all levels of people!
