The Intellectual Property Analyst III is responsible for providing global trademark and IP operational services to the organization and its domestic and international subsidiaries, including overseeing their IP vendors and tools, managing the organizations trademark portfolio of 1500+ registrations, performing trademark clearance searches, and working hand-in-hand with their marketing teams on trademark matters. The position reports to the Director of IP and works closely with the companys Marketing and Strategy teams across their global business units.
The annual salary ranges from 130-135K dependent on years of experience.

Education: Bachelors degree. Certification as a paralegal is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in trademark management and IP law, preferably in a multinational company.
At least 2 years of experience preparing and filing documents and forms related to U.S. and International Trademarks required, including familiarity with USPTO systems (TESS, TEAS), WIPO systems (Global Brand Database), and foreign trademark office databases.
At least 2 years of experience with IP management systems and electronic billing systems
Knowledge: Strong understanding of trademark laws and regulations, both domestic and international.
Skills:
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in IP management software and databases.
