A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This team is working in a medical warehouse environment supporting a large government agency. This person will be responsible for understanding the different systems that the customers use, the customers unique business problems that need solutions, and then creating a business solution that focuses on condensing the amount of tools or systems that are being used with cost, maintenance and scalability in mind. This person needs the ability to research/understand business problems and create a solution that fits into the budget and schedule needed. IF this person has OCI (Oracle cloud) or experience with the Microsoft PowerPlatform then it is a huge plus This team is looking for someone who is coachable on environment specifics and has a good understanding of different warehouse management systems/ERP systems. This person will be expected to communicate with state officials, hospital leadership, and other high-level individuals so this team is looking for someone who is professional and sharp.
PR: $27-$33/HR

Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in a BA role (this is not flex)
Systems experince with ERP/Inventory based systems
SAP, Oracle, WMS, etc.
Understanding of the pros and cons with low code solutions
Data visualization exp. (large data sets structured or unstructured- professional looking spreadsheet)
Tableau, PowerBI
Strong excel exp.
