SAP Project Manager

Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for an SAP Project Manager to join a team of 8 within their IT organization. This team is responsible for moving one of their acquired companies from the existing ERP system to SAP, so previous experience with this type of project is highly preferred. This person will be tasked with organizing, leading, and communicating with team members who are in the middle of an SAP project. This team is responsible for taking data from their old ERP system and converting, formatting, and loading it into their new SAP system. The ideal candidate should have a strong SAP background and be very well versed in data migration projects. Our ideal candidate will have extremely high attention to detail and extensive experience working cross-collaboratively with different IT teams.

· 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
· Ideally specializing in SAP projects, but open data migration experience moving from systems like O365 or SharePoint
· Experience working in major projects where teams are taking data from one environment and loading it onto another platform
· Experience working cross-collaboratively with different IT teams
· Ability to learn quickly. (This team started the project 5 months ago, so they will need to ramp up quickly).
· Extremely detail oriented and ability to manage high-pace environments
